A free dance party for every body. Through the universal language of music and movement, we build connections, strengthen a sense of belonging for everyone, celebrate our richly diverse community, and have a great time together! Freestyle dance, share your favorite steps, or follow a few instructor-led moves. All are welcome and no dance experience needed. 

• Open to all & family friendly (no Y memberhsip required)

Move&Groove is an opportunity for awesome people of all cultures, races, faiths, ages, and gender identities to dance with each other and support community diversity. Join us!

Tips: Dress to move easily (comfy shoes, socks or barefoot). Arrive a few minutes early to park and check-in.

Our awesome  DJ Diana Ruiz is a professional entertainer and consummate vocalist who has toured internationally with her solo show. She currently performs with Bobby Medina and theRedHot band in Seattle. Diana is also an author, speaker and coach who empowers heart centered entrepreneurs coaches and healers to expand their business and impact.

January 05, 2018: 140 dances grooved together to Bellydance, Bollywood, Flamenco, Hula, SALSATION, Turkish, and Zumba dance. Big fun!

Sept 16, 2017: Through the universal language of music and movement, over 100 dancers strengthened connections and a sense of belonging for everyone, celebrated our richly diverse community, and had a great time dancing together.
