It's a dance party for every body, and you belong. Music is the universal language that makes a direct soul connection, and through the magical combo of music and movement, we celebrate our richly diverse community, create a sense of belonging for everyone, and have a great time together.

Sponsored by the Wellness Professionals Network and Bellevue Y, Move&Groove Community Dances are an opportunity for awesome people of all cultures, races, faiths, ages, and gender identities to come together, support community wellness, and have fun. Will include instructor led dances and performances, and you can follow along to guided moves or just do your own thing.

Tips:

•  No experience needed - just have fun!
•  Dress to move easily (comfy shoes, socks, or barefoot)
•  Arrive a few minutes early to park and check-in
