If you remember to practice only one MELT foot techniques move, make it Friction

Light scribble-scrabble motions with the large soft ball under the foot, which can be performed standing or seated. Friction is practiced at the end of your foot sequence, or on it's own for 10 seconds under each foot, then repeat. Yes, this can also be performed with a tennis ball.
